Elder Gerald L. Smith, Sr   serves as the Principal and Administrator of the church ministry assigned (Greater Little Zion); continually seeking out, discovering and reviewing suitable leaders for each department and auxiliary groups under his watch care.

 

Pastor G. Smith   a [CBT] may extend council with leaders and parishioners, to make available a well-balanced congregational opportunity.

 

Pastor  continually strives to inspire the ministry leadership and laity to spiritual growth and personal involvement as a witness for Jesus Christ and the whole Kingdom of God.

 

Pastor's   ongoing objective is to stimulate by use of life examples, as well as, by

effective teaching... preaching... and ministry worship as he is called and anointed to lead in spiritual worship.

 

The spiritual impact is to create a perspective and vision (Hosea 4:6) for people who will believe in faith (Hebrews 11:1); that we must adhere to Holier living (Romans 10:9-10)

and possess a more dedicated devotion to God.

 

It is a personal commitment of our Pastor to God (Isaiah 52:7) , as overseer of the flock

of God to uphold . . .  obey and defend our Constitution . . .  By-Laws, Doctrine and apply the Policies of our Global Church Affiliation (C.O.G.I.C.).

 

Pastor G   believes that we should never leave the principles of Holiness, but build upon the established foundation.  Now, while we may tweak all necessary components, it is

also sometimes inevitable to "prune" and "change" from the dead and withered things and conditions that hinder our progression to Move Forward.

 

We must Walk in Godly Wisdom as we seek our Divine path. Many times, that means taking a stand against "negatives (People, Attitudes, Language and Environmental Influences)."  A 'negative' will attach itself as would a  'Leach,  drawing the life blood and draining the strength from any believer. Therefore, Pastor G believes that as Kingdom Agents; we must become "Alergic to Negatives" and disconnect or shake-off the dust from our feet.

 

Always start out in a way that will yield your expected end (Positive!). That really is simply "Faith Walking, Hope Holden and developing as an Overcoming Expectant Believer.

 

We ask your earnest continual prayers for Pastor G, as he serves this church with...

love for the people...  and entreat the true believers as Saints. We humbly ask the Almighty God to maintain his anointing to feed the flock by (God's Word) and preach

the Gospel, as he serves with a Godly life so that many may be Saved... and filled with Endowed Power and gain Eternal Life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
